Data subject may request access to their information. The controller shall provide information in a concise, transparent, intelligible and easily accessible form, using clear and plain language. Information provided shall be provided free of charge.

The controller shall provide information within one month of receipt of the request. That period may be extended by two further months if request is complex.

The controller shall inform the data subject of the extension within one month of receipt of the request, and the reasons for the delay.
